Thank you

Great idea! It's a fun activity to do with a small gathering of friends on a sewing day and makes the loves so personal. How does the puffy paint hold up over time?
Great idea, when my gloves wear out, i will do this!
i have used puffy paint and/or hot glue gun for the bottom of kids socks, to make my own non skid slippers. much cheaper than buying the non skid fabric for the bottoms of slippers.. |
Must keep this in mind if my current pair fail me. Surely I still have some old puff paint in my craft hoard. Thanks for a great tip.
I actually made these and they work perfect :)
Terrific idea. Thanks
Thanks for the tut link.
Will have to give this a try. Never hurts to have a backup
Really cute!

So great, I have been wanting to try gloves, and this will be a good inexpensive way to go.:)
Love the idea. Thanks
very cute idea, which reminded me - I bought a pair of bamboo woven fabric garden gloves (they fit very snug and breathe!) with the dots all over the palm side at a grocery for 80% off (end of season sale) for 2$ and never thought about using them to quilt! (brain dead here!! ) what a great idea for sewing gloves and now I can use what I bought sharet

What a terrific idea
I am working on Zentangle quilts and the gloves look like a zentangle so I may make them in white with black or black with white zentangles. |
thank you
Thanks for this link! I'm going to make a pair of these to use in the winter while machine quilting.
GREAT IDEAS....LOVE the gloves ! ! !
Good link. Thank you for posting it.
Had I know before... I just bought a par of ready made gloves.
Anyways, i will save this link for the future. Thanks! |
I like to cut the tips off the gloves of my index and middle finger. Doesn't harm the quilting but makes it easier to thread a needle, etc without taking the gloves off.
Thanks for the link. That's a great idea to use puff paint to give grip to the gloves.

Tanks for that. After seeing so many talk about the gloves, it occured to me that a pair of strange stretchy gloves with rubbery fingers and palms at the Dollar Tree store for gardening were pretty much the same thing- no hassle great price
