I hope this works! It was 17 pages in Word so I saved it as a PDF to try to make it a smaller file.

Here's what the jacket looks like

You must have been reading my mind. My daughter just requested a patchwork jacket, and I was scratching my head, wondering where in the world I'd get a pattern for one. Have a vest pattern (and a leather crazy patch vest WIP), but not a jacket. Thanks! You folks are incredible!

damaquilts 08-07-2010 06:41 AM

I love this jacket. I am going to make one for this winter. Thank you so much for the instructions.

Nonnie2 08-07-2010 07:51 AM

Excellent instructions/tutorial. It sounds like this will be a fairly easy project (as long as we follow the steps closely). Thanks!

Miss Mona 08-07-2010 12:03 PM

Thanks for the tutorial. I usually cut the shirt down the front and put on a binding trim. I do not like pulling things over my head. Yours I will definately make.

Miss perfect quilter, thank you for the instructions. I finished the "Let It Wave" bargello flag and will put it in our Quilt Show in October for our guild. Thank you again for sharing. When I figure out how to send a picture, I will share it with the board.

Yes, so you might consider bobbin thread if it matters to you.
