Thank you toodie and terri! Yes I think Serenity is a pretty little girl!:) And terri I love love designing and coming up with ways of using traditional quilt blocks

Would you suggest ironing the seams open since there are so mny to match up. Wouldn't it be bulky in places if ironed to one side?

I always iron open because I don't like the feeling of having one side thicker than the other. Plus I think it is easier to handle when you match the seams. I like my pieces to be as flat as possible so I always iron never just press.
