Click on Rhonda's name and a little box will popup with options click on private message and type what you want to Rhonda just like a regular e-mail then click send :)

To Pm just click on my name above my avatar(picture) and it will drop down a menu. click on private message and it will take you to a message window where you can put your message there and then click on send.
