You need a piece of cloth 4 1/2 " x 11 11/2 " inches.
Seam, turn, stuff, sew ends together. Decorate in your own wonderful way. Pink rick rack or puffy paint? Colored pins make sprinkles.

Yea! a tutorial!! I bought the pink fabric paint, now to find some brown fabric! Whheeee! (I also bought brown and white for different icing choices!) Thanks for sharing!! I'm planning on looking for little plates at Goodwill to gift them with for Christmas! FUN!

Cut a rectangle.
Seam the long sides together & stuff.
Form into circle & stitch. Decorate!!
