Default Rhonda's 4 x 4 Quilt blocks

A friend asked if I knew of any quilt blocks that could be made into a 10 1/2" unfinished quilt block.
so here is my answer to her and anyone else who would like them.

If you use a 3" template and make HSTs (half square triangles) or my Boston Blocks you can make these quilt blocks into a 10 1/2" unfinished quilt block. A 4 x 4 grid will make the 10 1/2".

There are lots more I could do with Star Points and Wings.

I did do a color play on Wings that are 4 x 4s.

So here are my 4 x4s

As always your tutorials are easy to understand and with pictures it makes them even better. Thanks for sharing. I'm hoping to get to make some blocks during the Christmas holiday blocks. You saw the "hoping" part, right? LOL.

I forgot to say if anyone wants to see the layout for a block just let me know. As there were so many pics to add I didn't do the layouts too.

Thanks from me too, Rhonda. You are always so helpful; teaching, sharing and showing us things to learn. You are an inspiration to me and have been since I first joined the Quilting Board. Hugs and smiles, Linda
