One question I have... after scanning the fabric & importing it into EQ5.... when I design a quilt & use that imported fabric the scale is way out of whack. Let's see if I can put a picture of it here.okay and now how do I get my EQ5 picture on....

Did you use the 75 dpi or did you just scan and import your picture? Go back and look at the Class directions. I don't know that I remember it right off but I believe if you change the DPI from 200 to 75 it should fix your problem. I do know it has a lot to do with the size of your picture.
Yes, it is scanned at the 75, oh well will keep playing with it. Found some instructions: open my scan in MS Paint
Optional Step
If you think the fabric pattern looks too large on the screen, select Image > Stretch/Skew Type 50% for both the horizontal and vertical stretch. This will make the fabric scan appear smaller. All of the fabrics in the Designer Fabrics library were resized 50%, so the fabrics would look better proportioned on your monitor. *** I had to reduce mine to 45% to get the maximum pixels down below 200.
Step 4
Select Image > Attributes...
Your image height and width must be a MAXIMUM of 200 each. It can be smaller than 200 by 200.
