    I just use regular thread. I have always just bought my thread at Walmart. The cheap use to be 50 cent now is $1 thread.

    I just use a plain old thread and needle. Just one strand and double and knot at the bottom. I don't usually knot but you get the picture. Nothing special just take a stitch or two in the same place and trim off the thread leaving a small tail.
