I tried to search for it on their site, no luck. Have you been able to find it online there? If so, do you have a link?

Does it matter how long the fabric strips are? i am assuming if i don't want the rug multi colors just cut the longest strips you can handle.
I bought the rope and hopefully will attempt this tomorrow.

How do we clean our rugs? I want to make one for my kitchen, but it will need to be durable and definitely cleanable...

If it is small enough and the stitches close enough together you can throw it in the washer like you would any rug.

I got mine at Ace hardware (it's not mainstays, though). It's all cotton and so far I have about half my rug done and the needle is going through it just fine.

You could make it oval. I suppose rather than go around you could go back and forth. I've never tried it. Would it stay flat at each end or would you end up with a kidney shape?

I'd love to make a couple for my kitchen but wondering how big I would be able to make it with an ordinary sewing machine. It wouldn't be able to be rolled like you would a quilt: at least, not as much. I'm still waiting for pictures to see what others have done..
