Default Summer Star Block Tutorial

I had several requests for a tutorial on how to make the blocks that I made for my Dreaming of Summer quilt, and I have been working hard to make it as easy to follow as I could. I hope you enjoy it !

This is one of the best tutes I have ever seen. I wish all pattern designers wrote their patterns with your detailed view of how to make the blocks and put them together.

My methods don't always tend to be fabric conscious LOL , as I tend to do alot more trimming than most patterns call for. I have yet to be able to follow a " standard " pattern without screwing it up, because they give very precise measurements, and well, my seams aren't LOL. I just figure there may be more quilters out there like me who appreciate having lots of wiggle room LOL !
