I love this!
I have some vintage linens w/ embroidery that would look pretty. the little case would also work as a sachet cover...maybe add a loop and button for finish. thanks so much for sharing-

Thanks so very much for your tutorial! On Tuesday afternoons, I have been teaching my 11 year old grand daughter and her friend to sew Christmas gifts. These tissue holders will be perfect for next week! They will be able to finish several in the sewing session. My granddaughter always needs lots of tissues the day of her allergy shots so she will enjoy having one of these tissue holders for herself. Thanks a million!

thanks for the tuit....these things are like potato chips. I made three last night, plan on making more. Some of these will contain gift cards tucked ontop of the tissue. Kind of like a duel duty gift card envelope.
I lined the top layer with iron on stabilizer for a little extra body.
