The pattern I used was not lined and had to have a trim piece. This is so clever! Can't wait to try it. Thanks!

The only tissues I have found are ones that open across the short side...not that open across the long side like the last pic. Any ideas?

I buy mine at Dollar General Store. they are usually several to a pack.

I buy my tissues, Kleenex brand. 3 to a pack for a $1.00. Can't beat it.
