When I first saw this thread, I loved the tissue holder but didn't think I could make them.
Well, I've lost count. I also taught others how. One of those ladies had made 160 and another one 80.
Thank you a million times.

I'm guessing among these board members, we've done about a million. I'm close to 300 and now doing the 5 piece one but without the button.

Going to use the 5 piece cover idea for seasonal pillow covers for my living room, too. My pillows are solid color, so if a bit of the center shows thru, it's not a problem.

Timing is everything! I had looked up a pattern last night to begin making these for a bridal party. So glad I waited. This is so much quicker and just as nice.

If you will be using some dressy fabrics, you may need a billion pins each. I've done some velvet & some satin-------pretty, but a bit difficult to keep in place before sewing.

I have a question about embroidery on flour sack cloths. I have done several from my church, but I hate the way the look on the backside. Is there a way of hiding the back stitching?

You could make microwave bowls, oven dresses, cuttle babies, rolled pillow cases, matching Mom's & daughters aprons, body bibs. These all go fast & are very easy.
