i made one the other night just to see if i could do it. my friend who is a fantastic sewer/quilter loved it - wants to make one for her mil. i am still confused about the 5 inch fold and then fold back????? what s the purpose for it? i thought it would make great gifts for xmas as well as for somene who is just feeling down in the dumps - whether it be a cold, flu or just a little pick me up! stick it with a coffee mug and instant gift! love it!

I finally made two of these the other day! I had loved seeing this when it was posted, and bookmarked it planning on making some, but got busy doing other things...then the other day someone posted on this thread so it popped up and I decided to bite the bullet and do it! The hardest thing is deciding what teas to put in the pockets! Thanks so much for the tute!

How cute is that!

QUOTE=mamabird3;1506589]I have had many requests for this pattern. Please bear with me, since I don't have a pattern to follow I will have to just put it in my own words with bad cell phone pictures. Please feel free to ask for clarification on anything. Here we go....

Cut a 9" X 1" strip of fabric
fold in half with wrong sides together and press
then open and fold edges into the middle press
fold in half again and press (just like binding)
Sew down the length to make the loop for the tea wallet[/QUOTE]
