I have had many requests for this pattern. Please bear with me, since I don't have a pattern to follow I will have to just put it in my own words with bad cell phone pictures. Please feel free to ask for clarification on anything. Here we go....

Cut a 9" X 1" strip of fabric
fold in half with wrong sides together and press
then open and fold edges into the middle press
fold in half again and press (just like binding)
Sew down the length to make the loop for the tea wallet

sew 1/4" seam on the edge of the sewn edge.
Fold up 2 1/2" and pin **be sure you fold up on the seam side**
Sew 1/4 seam on the edge of the fold.

On the unsewn edge, fold up 5" and then fold back 2 1/2 Inches.

Press and then sew 1/4" seam at the top of the pocket like the other side. (See picture, I know it doesn't sound right.. lol)

Take the loop and side it under the layers of the unsewn side. Use the center seam for guidance. Sew 1/4" seam down the unsewn side. Back stitch over the loop.

Next sew 1/4" seam down both sides.

Measure and sew about 3 1/4" from each side of the wallet to make the pouches. I put tea bags in them first ot make sure they will fit.

Fill up with the teabags, fold (tri folding) and mark where to sew on your button.

Ok.. I am hoping I didn't miss anything. Please ask away if I am (and I probably am) unclear about anything. I will include several pics so hopefully you can see from those how it should look.
