For anyone who wants to know how to make a small perfect circle by means of templates I wrote Tutorial with several photos.
I've got 19 steps to post, so be patient while I get them all posted here in this thread.
So letīs get started!

We take a template (Karen Kay Buckley, "Perfect Circles")
or if not, take a an acetate, or a piece of cardboard,
or a washed radiography and we mark the final size of the circle that we need.
Cut it with the greatest possible care.
If we see that the cut marks are at tips, with a nail file we can go smoothing gently until you get a smooth and polished finish. This will give a better finish to our work.
Once we have our template, put on the reverse of the fabric to use
and how to transfer it.

We cut the fabric for the second mark and will look like this:

Thread a needle with a thread be strong (for basting) and performed a
hem (point - space - point) between the mark and the outside of the circle:

When completed the route of
circle, DO NOT cut the thread:

We place the template on the spot marked:

And slowly pull the both threads, the fabric puckers

If we leave too much room for extra fabric left over and we gather will be uneven, producing an excess of fabric on the back our circle:

We pulled the both threads and "accommodating" the fabric, watching
on the right, until we like it as was:

Now at the back we will apply a
brush sizing or starch, in the whole piece:

See how wet it is? Even the color is "dark"! Try not to "swim"! Hahaha!
