You need a cookie cutter (Michaels) , some fiberfill, a scrap, some white glue, & some felt.

Turn the cookie cutter over and stuff with fabric & fiberfill.

Tuck it in carefully. I didn'tbother to stitch.

Glue a felt heart on the back & weigh it down to dry.

Decorate in your own wonderful way. The hardest part is getting the sticker off. I love all of you!

You're so creative! I just love all your pincushions and have been making some with your help. I've been scrounging thrift stores for different types of things to use to make pincushions with. My DH says that I'm going to have to get rid of some of my other collections if I'm going to start a pincushion one. LOL

I love to take them to quilting retreats and give them away.

This is so brilliant, you could use any shape plastic cookie cutter, when I think of all the ones I've passed up at yard sales. Thanks so much for the wonderful idea.
