Default Anker DZ?

Has anyone got any information on an Anker DZ? I have one, with all attachments and some cams/discs, but no manual, although did find one to download in German, and it is missing what I am thinking is a tension knob on front, but shaft is there.

I am having no luck trying to upload photos it seems.

Maybe it is a Japanese machine, IDK. You should be able to buy a tension for it on line. We have a lot of info on Japanese machines here on QB. There is a search frame in the upper right and you can search there for generic sewing manual.

I thought Anker was a German brand. I don't know if Japanese tension parts will fit.

I think it's a German machine. It looks pretty much like my RZ if it is. I have a manual in Norwegian, which will probably be as useful to you as the German one you found already. I know Macybaby has (or had) a English manual for a very similar RZ. If she doesn't pick up on this, maybe she won't mind a pm.

Never heard of an ANkerDZ. But then again, I'm not a collector. Anxious to see pics.

I thought I posted a pic in the last post, but the connection is to slow. Check this thread by Macybaby, it has photos of both her machine and mine. If it doesn't work, just type Anker in the search engine up top.

Funny, I hadn't even noticed that. I think that is a cool green machine!

Well...trying to load photos...can't get that working. And Photobucket isn't working to let me URL them either.

Let me see what need to do to get photos here.
