Default Just curious -- Craigslist find

Here's a link to a Craigslist ad for 3 vintage Singer machines for $100. I'm not interested in getting these (maybe someone here is), but I was just bumming around the internet and was curious about these. I found the first 2 on the Singer website, but not serial number W1502834. Here's the link:

I think that last one is a 306, if the manual is correct.

I'd love to have them, but Milwaukee is a bit too far to go. Shipping would be horrible and you never know what condition they will arrive in. Interesting that the ISMACS site doesn't list the W serial numbers.

Not a bad price for the three although there would be a lot of cleaning. I never seem to get the matching stools with cabinets and the 306 even has the bight screw that so many seem to be missing. That redeye with the broken corner on the bed is a back clamping foot. I wonder if he has more feet for it?

Looks like a good deal if you plan to keep them.

I'd love to get them, but too far for me. I especially like the last Singer.

What a steal... with cabinets and a bench, yet!

The last one threw me for a loop because I assumed it was a 301 and I thought they all had potted motors! Didn't know there was a 306...
