I have had this old Singer treadle machine sitting around for years. I have a super nice new reg machine so really thought this would just be there to keep and pass on. Today I decided to open it up and dust and clean a little. It is so pretty so now I am going to leave it open and on display. But the best part is while hubby was looking for a belt to order we discovered it was made by Singer in Nov 1910...............never thought it was that old. So new belt and needles on the way thanks to the Singer website------and no postage!

I have one that has sat around folded up for years. After getting active on this board I decided to open it up and I love having it there just for decoration and maybe I'll even try sewing on it someday. Mine is a 1923 model. Have fun with yours!
