Default Bird's Eye Maple Singer Treadle Cabinet

My husband has been perusing Craigslist again. I'm doing quite well. First the Franklin "Scarab" Treadle in an Oak Parlor Cabinet, now a bird's eye maple Singer Treadle cabinet. He paid $15 for it. I didn't even bargain. It looks like a #5. The 7 drawers are embossed, as is, the sides of the drawers. I need a head to go in it. What machine should I look for to put in this beautiful cabinet? Repeat after me, I am not collecting treadle machines, I am not collecting treadle machines. Do I need a 12 step program? I know, it's not me, it's my husband. He's the one finding them. And telling me about them. So, he's the one with the problem, not me. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Oh my! What a beauty. What machine head?? I think a Singer with beautiful decals. Hmmm......a beautiful Lotus was posted on this site recently. That would be my first choice. Then a Gingerbread/Tiffany. And third, a nice Red Eye. With bargains like you are finding I see no chance that you will stop collecting!

How funny - I just left this board and went to CL to browse and look at what I found:

I hope you get your machine.
