Default More pictures and story of the 135 yr old Singer treadle.

I didn't know where this was going to lead me and I am not done yet! Charlee noticed a label in the top and I did alittle research and found that the Tinsley Brothers had a store in Harlan, Iowa, starting in 1877. A D Tinsley was also the editor of the Harlan Tribune. The funny part; I was born in Harlan, Iowa....still have family there. I wonder where this is going to lead-------

Oh my gosh, I have friends in Harlan! They own the Nishna Valley Bakery. We've been friends for nearly 40 years, met when I was in junior high. What a great memory, thank you for sharing the label with us.
