Well, of course you need another machine, just get the right one at the right price. These old machines are available all the time. I got a 301 for $5. Just stay the course and you will know when its a great deal.

Wow... I'm wondering where you got your info that this was not a collectable machine. It most certainly is! The sheer age, the unusual color of the godzilla finish, the cool knob plates it has, the name plate, and the neat hardware on it, all contribute to it being quite desirable. I'm sure it's not everyone's cup of tea, but I am a collector and would NOT have passed it up at $25! Not collectable? Any vintage item is collectable.

I realize this thread died a month ago, but whoever ended up with this little wonder got a steal of a deal!

Cant remember where or how much I paid for mine. I dont use it because rotary machines do not run smoothly. The little round rubber wheels gets lop sided and causes lots of problems.

However, for collectiblity sake, it is an interesting little machine.

I wouldnt pay $25 for it.. maybe $5 or $10.

I agree. Not a good machine. There are better machines out there for not much more money.

I just paid $20 for one exactly like this and it came in a cabinet. I noticed the electrical cord from the motor to the knee control is a cloth cord, but the cord to the wall outlet isn't -- it is rubber but old and needs replacing. I would like to know the year it was made. The serial number starts with a 151-. Anybody know?
