i was hoping for a tredle, however i found this & could not pass it up, its a white electric rotory 77, came in a beautiful cabinet. she was asking 35, i gave her 40 & ran like the wind cause i KNEW antique value i could at least dbl. my $. It works, my mom tried it out. It says 1927 on the motor & thought it was made 20's-40's just looking at it. Does anyone have any knowledge or thoughts to share on age, ANYTHING concerning a machine like this, please share & thank u in advance. blessings, dragonfly princess =0)

That looks just like mine!!!!!! I got in at the Springfield flea market last summer.
Only problem with mine is that it sounds awful and has a frayed cord so I haven't used it yet. I have the manual for it though. Let me go check on it!!!

This is the one I got.
Your cabinet looks so similar to mine that I think
it's around 1941. I need to get out the manual.

Great find! Aren't you glad you gave her a few more $$? They look like they're in such good condition that I'd think they weren't used very much. My old machines (not vintage, new when purchased)will never look so good again. When I sew...I go! and having grandchildren playing on them doesn't help. :-)
Congratulations! Ya done good!
