U can find them between $40-350 depends on attachments/seller asking price. I brought an white FW for $30 with case/buttonholes kit. Got 1950 black one on eBay for $225 SO it depends on when/where/who is doing the selling-buying. I promised seller on the white one that it was for me and will be used muchly. Love my FW's !!

I have bought three of them - paid $125, $250, $250 -- I plan on selling two of them and keeping my favorite - which I paid $250 for at an estate sale. I like to keep an eye on www.shopgoodwill.com for older machines. Featherweights on that sight, in my area, usually go for about $200. I purchased a Singer 40K machine for less than $50 recently - my grandson thought it was so cool to turn the wheel and have it work - no bobbin needed - came in the box it was sold in originally. He spent quite a long time sewing on some leftover binding that I had with me at our LQS one afternoon.

I'm looking for a Featherweight to have painted. Hoping I could find one that runs well but body is need of repair. I just can't bring myself to paint a perfectly good Featherweight. Just had a guy on Amazon tell me he had one that needed body work and it would be $225. He sent a picture and it was horrible. Paint off everywhere, rust....could not believe he had the nerve to ask that much for it. I won't go over $100 for one that I have to pay another person $300 to paint! Just can't do it.
