Yes! I love seeing your haul! I see a few gems there and can't wait to see the rest! It's pretty exciting to take in a bulk buy like that and sometimes a little overwhelming just to figure out where to start!

I get into SO much trouble when I try to paint anything. Paint is something I avoid at all costs. I have paint disasters any time I try to paint. But you are right some of them could use some good paint. Miss Lovie was needing something sewn the other day so I set her up with a White. She looked at it and informed me that it wasn't a Singer. So I told her there were other good machines out there. I think her favorite machine is the 99s. They are little and cute. I got a little 128 recently and she hasn't seen it yet. And she hasn't seen that little Regal yet. I think it is adorable.

It is a LOT overwhelming to know where to start. I think I'll start with the 115 since I've never messed with one before. Nah... maybe I should start with the Singer 99 that needs a needle bar make over. Nah that's too much work and I need to give the garage back so maybe I should start with parting out...... ARGH you are right it IS overwhelming - very overwhelming. Then Joe wants parts off one. We'll have to get Wilbur and Miss Lovie over here with screwdrivers pretty soon so Joe can have his parts.

O My Goodness, you have quite a job ahead of you. It was quite an interesting story how you came to acquire these machines. I think I saw a light blue one that looked interesting to me, but then I am somewhat drawn by the color of different machines.

What a haul. I imagined the children hauling all this to your truck, a very nice picture in my mind.
were there any attachments with any machines ? Just curious.

Also interesting is that the bobbin slide plate is missing from all of the 66s.

Ok let's see if the blue 15 clone's picture comes up:

The black thing is the light switch. The belt guard and hand wheel have been robbed. There is a motor, hand wheel, etc for a 201 in the motor box...

I think that was why he didn't keep them. He does not use the internet - besides none of them do reverse.

Most of the machines have a foot with them but some do not. When we were at the auction some man put all the attachments in with some other box or trashy stuff and won them real cheap - nobody caught on. I know this because I saw him going through his loot later. ggggrrrrrrr..........

I would be so overwhelmed but I'm not into repairing/ refurbishing. I admire that in those who can. Have fun! were there any featherweights?
