Oh and the silicone guy even said that the Try-Flow company had gone out of business 30 years ago. I told him that I knew that I could still get it and he sputtered. LOL you can learn a lot in a phone call with a little info. I didn't trust him immediately when he said he couldn't get the oil.

Goodness, the only repair people I have had that type of problems with were dealers of certain brands of machines. I steer clear of them whenever possible. There are so many very helpful people out there that know sewing machines that will help you with most anything and they don't have a goal of the big mighty buck as many dealers do.
