Pretty machine! New bobbin winder tires are available at Sew-Classic.com.
Don't let the low cost of vintage machines put you off when you find parts sometimes cost more than the entire machine. Just be grateful for the low starting cost. It means there's that much more money available for needed parts or sewing supplies.

I have the Singer 237, and love it. I have made many quilts on it, but I am more in love with the Singer 66. I now use the 237 for the zig zag feature.

What a great find! You can sometimes pick up a bobbin doughnut at Walmart or JoAnn's. It depends on the size. I think there are 3 sizes....but most of the machines seem to use the middle size.
