Importantly she seems to work perfect, and looks great!:) I am in love.
You can go to Featherweight RX , I think the correct site is www.featherweight221.com,. They sell everything for featherweights. I purchased some bobbins from there.

Word of caution. if you order a sewing machine to be shipped to you be sure to send the seller a long email telling them how to pack the sewing machine and make sure it is insured. I had one that they wrapped in one flimsy piece of bubble wrap, covered that in an old thin sheet and then threw in a few pieces of newspaper which did nothing to cushion the machine in the box. Sellers can be very dumb on how to package a heavy item so it does not shift inside the box.

No I send explicity instructions on how I expect the machine to be packaged and have had great success.

If you need to take tape or labels off an item, heat it up with a hair dryer first and normally you can just peel the label off.

What I think about this seller is not worth printing nor could it be. What an egghead. I hope you let him or her know.

Thank you!! and she has a twin!! LOL
My friend had me get her one, (it was packaged to the max), since her's turned out to be 1952 also, I told her we have twins and took the liberty of naming her. Lisa.
(Also her daughters name, so I knew she would not mind me naming her).

Lisa and Lizzy have a play date the end of the month.

Featherweight Singer Sewing Machine. The first portable? singer made. Has a great stitch for piecing, lightweight and small, making them very easy to take to classes and retreats.
