Default FYI; Pfaff 230 on CL in NM

Was perusing the Roswell CL adds and found this Pfaff 230 in a cabinet for ...... $50.00 OBO.

Ifn I was there I would be tinkering with it already.

Heh! I just bought a 332-260; exactly like the one my Grandma taught me how to sew on! I need to take it in for a checkup though, it feels a little funny when I crank the wheel and I hesitate to throw power in there when I'm not sure it's in proper shape. Plus I'm hoping they can show me all of where I'm supposed to be oiling this thing; Grandma never covered THAT!

If I lived near there, I would give them the $50.00 no questions about it.

It looks quite a bit like my 1955 Pfaff model 60 treadle(straight stitcher), this one could be treadled too! If I was closer I'd get it in a heart beat!!
