I would agree with those statistics, Deb. I rarely hear french spoken in the City. More in "Morinville" where I'm actually located. In fact when I headed to Montreal in May, it was possibly the first time since high school that I'd had to actually try to remember any of my French for communication.

...and one of the MOST annoying phrases used selling machines..
"It is in semi-mint condition considering it's age."

gee - if the seller couldn't sell the machine and cabinet before wonder how he will do with these cabinet 'improvements'?

Here is the machine being sold separately

Oh Wow. I think someone might have bought this new and remembers making payments or something? There's no way that's based on any research...

Semi mint considering it's age? The woodwork is nowhere close to that. Pretty hammered at any age would be closer to the truth. Those missing bits of trim are nearly impossible to replace and have it look good.

That New Home is a nice looking machine. I really like the looks of the old New Homes like that and the decals are in great shape.

That New Home is really nice. Too bad - my MIL's luggage went to SF a few days ago - could have had someone buy it and stow it away...

Could be the original owner. She's dreaming about that price though.
