that machine in the previous post seems to be a 16k industrial allocated in 1906..... the variations of the "K" machines is quite boggeling......not sure what exactly it is and or what needle it would take ..... this looks like questions for CD.

The one in post 3911 is a Singer W9 - basically the same as the Wheeler Wilson D9.

An industrial (16K) is quite a bit larger, and would never come with a motor like that.

Congrats Cari on that machine - My DH ( who has a soft spot for that style machines) thought it was really interesting. There seem to be quite a few "Pfaff 130" type machines out there, including some Singers.

I noticed the motor and thought well 100 years is a long time to have never been "Bubba-ized" what it came with and how it is are sometimes quite different. and hmmm a w9 ? I really miss read the Serial number information on ISMACS then. thank you for clearing that up. It was the hand wheel that started me down the "industrial " road it looks like some I have seen on "31's" Also I own a 103 "tailoring" machine that is a "home industrial" under motor industrial table that is really not THAT much bigger than my 27 ... So I just figured "maybe"

( if you read the ad carefully you will see where in the specs they list the model # as 206K and I KNEW that was wrong )

thanks again MacyBaby

Dan

Dan - it helps that I own one, so I recognized it right off. They are rather interesting looking machines.
