    WOW! That is almost it! Just missing the screw adjusment.

    Another that shows the directions.

    I think yours is an earlier one (or the "original" that was copied). Though it appears yours has a screw to adjust the length instead of moving the back slide plate in and out. Interesting that it's both a buttonholer and zigzagger - though if you move the fabric around, you could use just about any zigzagger to make a buttonholer. You just need a really tight zigzag.

    Cathy, you made my day. Thank you so much. I like that pretty green one in your link. It is so much fun when one unexpectedly gets these accessories. If I can ever make/find room for a display hutch that is where this attachment will go. Plus it will be in the house and easy to grab to use.
