Default Hank Crank Question

I recently posted about a fiddle base Singer that I got for $20. The serial number indicates that it was mfg in 1889. I am sure it was originally a treadle but I was wondering if this could be converted to a hand crank and if so where would I find some info on how to do this and the needed parts.

Hello Blackberry - Please turn the machine round so that the wheel is facing the camera, then take a photograph of the side of the pillar, underneath the wheel, ie beside the bobbin winder, then we will be able to tell you if you can fit a handle.
