Default Help with PFAFF 260

I have been all over the internet trying to find the electrical plug to fit my machine PFAFF 260,have any idea of where I can find one. I can find electrical plugs on the PFAFF site but none of them look like what is my instruction book.

They're likely a no longer made part, so you'll need to find someone with a donor machine. You can post on the vintage Pfaff yahoo group and ask if someone has the part or haunt ebay for a while.

June,

Is your power cord integral with your controller cord, or separate?

Could you post a pic of the machine's cord receptacle?

That might help those of us with odd cords help you a bit more.

I will have to figure out how to take a picture from the instruction book and try to send it as an attachment, thanks for the comeback.

Just did a quick search and found this Looks like $53.98 for just a plug (yikes). Then again it won't work without one. What's wrong with the original?

OK, now I'm confused. Are you looking for the power cord or the receptacle in the machine?
