I'm looking forward to it, but I also just bought a treadle off ebay (just the machine) I couldn't help it (see the addiction continues for pics)

LOL your going to love this....... I am making a generator for my treadle so that if the power goes out all I have to do is put it on my treadle and as long as I treadle I can have power to operate the TV, computer, and the coffee pot (got to have the energy to treadle dont I?).

Basically it is a 12 volt generator off of a 1958 Thunderbird that the treadle belt will turn and it will be wired into a power inverter that you can plug what ever you want to plug in. I am thinking about including a Deep Cycle battery to the mix so that if I stop I can run the items off of the battery while I take a pee pee break!

Definately need the coffee, and the battery if you are powering the treadle based on coffee.
