I'm sure that is a very collectible machine. Value is likely to be quite a bit more than he paid.

That is a fantastic find! You are a lucky gal that your husband saw that and thought of you then paid for it and brought it home. I know you will have sew much fun with it.

That was my first sewing machine. When I got married 26 years ago, my husband's grandmother gave it to me. I passed it along in my stupidity and have been regretting it ever since. What a great machine. Of course, when I was pregnant, I had a hard time lifting it. It's a treasure!
