I just tried it as well, and got the Forbidden message. I was able to get on the site, but when clicking particular portions I wanted to view, the site only stayed in that section for a second and was back to the particular listing page again.

I tried going directly from Firefox, rather than clicking links through my e-mail -- and all I can get to stay on screen is the ISMACS Quick Links page -- problem is you click on a quick link, it takes you there for one second (literally) and you're back to ISMACS Quick Links! Doggone of I know!
