I was at agarage sale and bought this machine for $2.00 I liked the box I have several older singers this is one I've never seen before could someone tell me how to thread it

They are quite easy, I have one, here's what the owners manual says:

Also the hand wheel rotates away from you as you sew.

As far as I'm concerned this machine and the other White made machines of this era are as good if not better than some of the Singers of the same vintage. Oil is their friend, Tri-Flow is best. Make sure the drive wheel rubber part is smooth and not flat spotted.

Years ago, people put a piece of rubber or vinyl or whatever tubing over the friction wheel to give it some grip. I don't know whether that fell out of favor or not. But I never read anything negative about it when I was on those discussion lists back in the late '90s.

FW case latches can be purchased. Don't ruin a good Kenmore case just get the latches.

The friction pulley for that machine is still being made. So if it's hard, slick, or has a flat spot you can get a new one. They're on ebay & most online parts sites. It's for a 1/4" shaft. To prevent flat spots, when the machine isn't being used, put something behind the motor to hold the pulley away from the handwheel.....I just use a folded up scrap of fabric.

ah.. i see someone else got the info you needed. Kenmore's from this era are brilliant! I love them. Hope you have fun They're great machines.
