Accurate reply though...
I have had a box of parts and was able to assemble two good working hand cranks that work about 80% as smooth as a old singer original. The rest of the parts had casting or drilling defects that were too severe to work.
NOTE: the two that worked could NOT have the parts interchange and still work, they ONLY worked together.
I know two people who bought them online and those worked right away..

SteveH i realized my wobble was because there was a set screw missing from what i thought was an oil hole.
