DH is going to finish getting the trusses up, tie them in and stop until we get back from vacation.



This is the west wall - about 10' high at the upper flat ceiling. I would love to put up shelves and make this a "wall" of dashboard machines. All those poor ones that get listed for $25 and a month later they are still looking for a home. Though this is a big wall . . . maybe I should use the center for hanging a quilt or something . . .



And this is one of my favorite tools. First time I saw one in use, we had just got done installing a load of joist hangers for the barn (in WI) and we were watching some home improvement show, and they used one of these. I've never lusted after a tool like that- and we bought one right away!



Talk about a finger saving tool!

Those are awesome. There have been a few times that i have taken one out and used it for armoring... LOUD, but fun.

It is a "Palm Nailer". It is a pneumatic (air) powered hammer.
I did not want to post what it was right away in case others wanted to have a go at it.

Hmmmm, palm nailer. Another tool to add to my Christmas wish list when my kids ask me what I want for Christmas, LOL. Good progress Cathy. Your palm nailer appears to be pneumatic, do you have a portable compressor, what size? Ours is a really big one that lives in the garage.

We have two. A larger 220. And a smaller 110. He's using the smaller one , its in the background of the picture of the nailer

I bought it for my airbrush 15 years ago. Never painted but found its great to haul around. Keeps up ok on slower jobs. DH did use it to roof a garage. Didn't have 220 set up at the time.
