Minnesota H machine

I recently got a Minnesota H treadle machine. I would like to purchase a manual for it but so far have been unsuccessful. I understand it was made by Sears but don't know if that is correct. I am also unable to find the serial number but would like to know the age. Can anyone help me? I just got a new leather belt and I think it will sew perfectly as soon as i get it installed.

The Minnesota machines were badged machine made for sale by Sears, but not made by Sears. Do you have a photo?
