Default More fun stuff

it's getting much harder fro me to find neat stuff on eBay -that I don't already own, but I got two packages in the mail today with neat stuff.

The first - all from a Domestic D - I also got the manual but it's not in the picture.

The needle envelope contains over 10 unused Domestic needles, and all the shuttles are Domestic also (this is pre White Domestic stuff)

I have almost as many different Domestic sets of attachments as I do New Home - and this was one I didn't already have

Plus it came with the looper and box to hold it. Pretty neat!

And the attachment box.

I have another set with a "similar" box, but it's newer and for a side clamp machine. This one has a different city/state than the older set.

And the second group - I paid more for this set then the first. This is mostly "junk" - though the copper box should clean up nicely - but that set is missing several pieces.

However, I bought it for this little item. It was only partially visible in the pictures in the listing, so I took a gamble on it. Hopefully with oil and cleaning, I can get it to function properly. I'm pretty sure this will fit my White machine, but have not tried it on yet.

Glen, I believe there are three styles of loopers - which one does your machine take? It mostly depends on the hole in the shuttle carrier.

The first one I got is the older style, and it took me a long time to get a machine it would fit in. The one above is the last style, and while I don't have a machine it fits, I do have a shuttle carrier that it fit in.

This is the machine I have and it sews beautifully. I hope you can see the carrier so you can tell me what I need to look for in a looper. thanks Cathy

Glen - you need the extra looper I have. I was looking for something else, and discovered I have two that work with this type carrier.

Check out the other thread and see if you needle plate is correct.

Unfortunately I have two regular needle plates. But it would be easy to modify one if I found a looper.
