Default I think i have found a 201-2 at a church _yard sale.for a steal

I got a call from an ex employee and said there is a machine here at my church sale, that you might be interested in, Told him to stay by the machine till I got there , Drove down in five min, and paid 15.00 and he loaded it in his truck and brought it home.
I got the number AJ336425, And it says 48- 50. still didnt know what i had. Then opened the drawers and saw a button holer, auto zig Zag extra cams and extra feet, no manual and i think it is a 201-2,. thats what the boxes say for the zig zag. Doing the happy dance,, oiled it up and she purrs like a kitten.. needs some tlc on the cabinet and stool. and a light switch.Doing the happy dance.

Great buy. You got a good one.

Singer has manuals. http://www.singerco.com/ . I'm pretty sure that's where I downloaded mine from.
Relics has manuals. Both for download and printed: http://www.manualsonline.com/
Their printed ones are much nicer than what the home printer can do. Well, unless you have a laser printer.

So excited for you. What a deal! I paid $80.00 for my 201 and it did not come with all the goodies although it did have the manual.

Your baby IS a 201 btw, and 15000 of them were commissioned on Jan 9, 1950.
