Default My dear husband brought me home a present !!!

He is such a sweetie sometimes. We were talking the other day about how many sewing machines I have and that the only one I was really looking for was the elusive pink Atlas. So guess what he found on Craigslist ? He works nights, so he called this morning and went and picked her up. She was quite dirty and I have not got her to sew yet, but she runs and the light works and she is so cute. But wow is she ever heavy. Definitely not a machine to lug around.

Very pretty machine! Looks like the bobbin wheel is pink too.

Yep, lots of pink on this baby. The rubber part or whatever it is of the bobbin winder needs to be replaced. It is all yucky and crumbly. The tension needs work. the back plate does not seem to respond to the dial. Not sure if that is something I can fix. I also want my husband to rewire it. The owner did that already, but not sure I trust it.

Pretty in pink. She's adorable. I wish you many happy years with her.

Red face Your husband is a keeper!!!

You will LOVE it!! I bought a pink Atlas from Billy (Lostn51) and it sews so nicely!! My young kids were fighting over which one of them was going to get it when I died
