Default My new machine: Redeye 66 hancrank!

Received this machine today. Purchased it from e-bay. I had never run a handcrank until this one but loved it when I saw the photo on e-bay. It's amazing - quiet running, smooth action, wonderful stitching. This started out as "even it it's just for display." Now that I've used it, I don't think it will be just a decoration!

Your machine is beautiful. The decals are in amazingly good condition. Be sure to protect them as much as possible!

You sure found a nice handcrank machine.... nice decals. I just cleaned up the HC I bought last winter and used it last week to finish a quilting project. It took me awhile but I was able to keep the lines exactly where I wanted them and the stitches are wonderful. My arm got a little tired but was good practice..... I broke that arm last winter and am still trying to build it back up. You probably won't have that problem..... enjoy it. They are getting harder and harder to find.

I have one like that and I am going to turn it into a hand crank. A friend will make me a nice wooden base for it and I am thinking of making it long enough to put a wooden top on and leave the hand crank on. I just love the red eye decals. In fact, I have 3 machines with they red eye decals.

Lucky you that that looks like a very good machine "66+Red eye" can't be beat.
