My precious....

If it were mine, I'd become horribly allergic to sunlight, develop bug eyes, become irritable and even vicious, lose most of my hair, eat lots of fish and an occasional small orc, and speak in gutteral whispers and muffled screams.

If it were a VS2 (fiddle base version) it might be closer to the mark. The decals sure are lovely.
It also seems to be missing its coffin lid.

Have any of us NOT stroked a particularly lovely machine and muttered about Precious at least once?? That IS normal, right?

Both of these perfectly describe my reaction to the Bernina I recently bought and then my fabric excursion to the Missouri Star Quilt Company shop. Kept petting all the purple fabric along with some of the butterfly and cat fabrics. They were understanding as apparently, thank goodness, I am not the 1st customer to do this.
So, perfectly normal behavior to my way of thinking.
