My Second Original Hand Crank
This is the second original handcrank singer that I have. My OSMG offered to sell me this machine. He has some medical problems and other financial problems. I ask him how much he wanted and his reply was "not much as I am hungry". I told my DH that we would buy the machine and we needed to fix him up a large sack of groceries much like we would give to our church every third Sunday of the month for families in need. He went over to pick up the machine the same time he picked up the Lotus machine and took him a sack of groceries. Then he took him to the grocery store to get some other items and to the dollar store. My DH had a couple of free coupons from Harbor freight for a flash light and some batteries so my DH took him to Harbor Freight and they got the free items. I will be checking on him periodically to see that he has food to eat. He has no vehicle so much depend on neighbors for transportation. Anyway, here are some pictures of this hand crank. I am not familiar with the decal name so maybe someone on this board can tell me it's name.

I concur with SteveH's take on you and your dh and also Rodney's!!! The fact that you will continue to check on him is an even more in-depth take on what kind of people you really are. I would be proud to call you "family".
Nice machine by the way. Good that you will be adopting it and taking good care of it too.
