Need help to ID this...
Purchased a box of attachments and this was in it. Any idea what it is? All it says on it is Japan. The orange part feels like course sandpaper...

I'm looking at it possibly being something like this. http://home.clara.net/patty/gramophones/misc.htm Although this is for a needle that would play a record.

I got one of those in a lot of sewing accessories a few years ago. I'd think scissor sharpener is more likely only because needles have been really cheap for a long time, and the things look modern.
