Very cool! That was definitely meant for you. I think you should fix your wife dinner!!!! I also have wondered that about the stickers on some of the machines that I have gotten. I am hoping they were purchased there and not stuck there when a machine was taken in to be serviced. I have never tried taking them off. I was sewing on a "new" 99K last night and it has one of those stickers. The machine is like new (so is the sticker). I don't think the machine was hardly ever used, if at all. Sewed great though last night for me.

Rodney,

Good catch, I like it.

I usually leave the dealer stickers on my machines if they are in good shape and not pealing off. They are a part of the machines history. But some of them do look terrible so they gotta go. Take a pic for reference before you remove it.

I wonder if there is a "Joe Deluxe" out there .... .

Thanks everyone, I took a brief look last night. Apparently the Rodney that was importing these machines did it for a while. I saw some variations in the decals and colors and some zig-zag machines too.

Well my name isn't on my first Brother machine, (scored it from a coworker who buys storage units. I clean em, oil em and pass em on) but the manual has a drawing of a machine doing a monogram. The name? Alice! My name's Alice so that one's staying with me!

It's got your name on it. It must be yours.

What a great surprise. If I ever see a machine with my name on it I would be hard pressed to not purchase it.
